Do I need a dropped kerb in Orrell?

Yes, if you'll drive over the pavement to get onto the drive, and in Orrell that goes through Wigan Council. You apply with their vehicle crossing form and they reply within 20 working days. If it's approved, they take a deposit and build the crossing themselves.
